Job Description
● Participate in the development of strategies related to the main processes and related to the relevant department.
● Participate in the development of operational plans of units within the department.
● Participate in determining and defining metrics appropriate to the objectives of the department.
● Develop a unit operating plan under the supervision of the unit within the framework of unit operations.
● Participate with the superior in setting up the appropriate organizational structure for the department and reviewing it periodically and on a case-by-case basis as needed.
● Develop procedures, instructions, and bylaws related to the department at the organization level.
● Develop the required formats, methods, and regulations within the unit units.
● Define the mechanism of identifying, collecting, recording, and monitoring the lessons learned in the relevant database and follow up to implement them and make the necessary changes.
● Study of laws, regulations, and directives related to the field of work and efforts to implement them properly in the area under supervision.
● Develop internal audit programs to monitor the performance of units and projects in the department.
● Participate in internal and external audits of the department.
● Plan and define key performance indicators and processes within the department and periodically monitor them and create an appropriate database.
● Target process indicators and evaluate the extent to which they are achieved in different time periods.
