Job Description

• Analyzing business needs and software requirements • Give product demonstrations and presentations to internal customers • Requirements elicitation and communication • Requirements analysis and modeling • Requirements management (documentation, dependencies & prioritizing) • Teamwork & deliverable reviewing (quality monitoring) • Proactively manage and prioritize backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations • Perform analysis of business processes to produce overall definitions of work-flow and identify improvement opportunities to increase capabilities and/or productivity • Work closely with designated departments to understand business needs, business requirements and enhance as As-Is business processes and develop To-Be business processes as per Business Process management (BPM)

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering or related fields. • At least 3 years of related experience in IT or telecommunication Industry. • Understanding Database Concepts (Tables and Communications Principles). • Ability to control and adapt business models with how to implement. • Understanding and documenting business requirements and translate it into functional specifications. • Understanding ITLI or ISO 20000 • Understanding tools (CRM, Manage Engine, SharePoint, etc) • Understanding UML and BPMN and related tools (Bizagi, Enterprise Architect, etc) • Mastering the development of analysis and design documentation • Ability to provide system solutions in the field of modeling and test procedures • Having experience in business modeling and analysis • Excellent team working skills • Ideal age range: between 25 to 35 years • For male candidates, Military service must be done or have permanent exemption.
