Job Description

- Answering incoming calls and call back - Recording data in CRM - Preparing system report - Sending and follow up issues - Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Available to provide support beyond working hours - Hear and resolve complaints from customers - Informing customers regarding any events or promotions
