Requirements

- BSc+ Degree in Computer Software Engineering, Computer hardware Engineering, Information technology Engineering or Computer Science - Deep Knowledge on Microsoft Infrastructure Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and SharePoint & ….) - Hands on Experience on Management and Maintenance of Hypervisor, Server Hardware, Storage, Monitoring Software, Patch Management, Enterprise Antivirus Management, Enterprise Backup Solution - Ability and Experience on Supporting End User Problems, Wireless Network Troubleshooting and Maintenance - MCSE Certificate is preferred - Familiar with ITIL procedures - Familiar with Security Concerns and Ability to Apply and Maintain Security Policies - 7+ years of Experience in Microsoft-based Service Support and Maintenance - Motivated in Self Study and Professional Knowledge Improvement - Active Participation in Team
