Job Description

• Identifying and designing organizational processes • Coordination, following up and cooperation of deployment of the organizational processes • Identifying problems and organizational complications • Provide solution to facilitate the implementation of organizational processes • Implementing & developing quality management systems • Definition of Operational Program and Organizational Improvement Projects • Controlling the progress of programs and projects, evaluating the achievement of goals • Reviewing work problems and procedures such as organizational change, communications, and information flow, integrated process methods and approval procedure • Preparation and compilation of executive procedures, instructions, forms and ... • Assuring process effectiveness throughout the organization by means of compliance with the International standards for management systems • providing the necessary training of users

Requirements

• Capable in Implementing & developing quality management systems • Controlling the progress of programs and projects, evaluating the achievement of goals • Qualified in benefiting from MBA knowledge • Familiar with Strategic Management • High flexibility, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, teamwork spirit and time management • High level of competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio) • Excellent analytical skills • At least 5 years' experience • Smart and Creative personality • Bachelor or MS degree in related fields such as industrial, Electronic, management
