Job Description

-Designing processes based on standard notations such as BPMN2 by focus on ITIL Framework -Define, Measure and analyze KPIs for processes to assess process effectiveness -Analyze, monitor and ensure that the organization processes are comply with international standards -Managing organization document system; i.e. designing and implementing required documents (procedures, instructions, forms etc.) -Preparing business analysis and managerial report related To Integrated Management System -Conducting and performing internal audits -Conducting external audits based upon the implemented management system standards -Following up corrective and preventive actions -Managing organizational certificates, issuing and updating certificates from different governmental and non-governmental organizations
