Job Description
1. Designing, modeling, supporting, implementing, monitoring and improving business processes 2. Design and analysis of the system, including processes and relationships between the system and related forms 3. Collaborate on the diagnose and improvement of existing organization processes 4. Collaboration in architecture and modeling processes 5. Collaborate in preparing forms and executive procedures 6. Collaborate with management, and process owners to implement improvement initiatives. 7. Analyze processes and provide improvement suggestions 8. Identify the main fields of business improvement and provide systematic solutions
Requirements
1. Bachelor or master's degree from prestigious universities in industrial engineering 2. At least 5 years of useful work experience in the field of processes, systems and methods 3. Proficiency in process models 4. Business Process Design Knowledge 5. Skills in negotiating with others in order to transfer information 6. The skill of using general software applications, including Office and specialized in the field of process design (Visio, Bizagi) 7. Critical and creative thinking skills 8. Ability to speak and write in English
