Designing, modeling, monitoring, implementing and improving business processes
- System design and analysis, including assessing, evaluating and upgrading Instructions,
Procedures, Methods, processes and related forms
- Collaborating on the diagnose and improvement of existing organization processes
- Collaborate with management and process owners to implement improvement initiatives.
- Identifying the main fields of business improvement and provide systematic solutions
- Identifying and Monitoring processes Indicators
- Responsible for Internal Audit and making Third Party Audit arrangements
