Job Description

Designing, modeling, monitoring, implementing and improving business processes - System design and analysis, including assessing, evaluating and upgrading Instructions, Procedures, Methods, processes and related forms - Collaborating on the diagnose and improvement of existing organization processes - Collaborate with management and process owners to implement improvement initiatives. - Identifying the main fields of business improvement and provide systematic solutions - Identifying and Monitoring processes Indicators - Responsible for Internal Audit and making Third Party Audit arrangements

Requirements

- Bachelor / master's degree in Industrial engineering or Industrial management - At least 5 years of proven work experience in the field of designing and analyzing System processes and methods - Proficiency in designing and analyzing system processes and methods - Good Knowledge of strategic planning - Skillful in negotiating with others in order to transfer information - The ability of using Microsoft Office software (esp. PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Msp) - Strong documentation skills - Good understanding of Quality Management Standards (ISO) and Organizational Excellence Models (EFQM)
