- Identify business and stakeholder requirements and evaluate their impacts on processes. - Design and modell organizational structure including processes, organizational chart, procedures, … - Define, measure and analyze KPI and KRI of processes - Gathering data to perform root-cause analysis and define action plan to improve process - Forming process teams to solve problems, improve processes, … - Implementing management systems such as quality management system and customer management system - Perform internal audit (create audit plan, perform audit, reporting and conduct corrective action) - Aligning organizational processes with strategic goals - Preparing managerial reports of monitoring processes
Requirements
- B.S./ M.A. in Industrial Engineering or MBA - Minimum three years of relevant experience (Having experience in IT Industry such as software development, Data Center, … is advantage) - Maximum 35 years’ old - Full time attending - Proficient in English reading - Appropriate communication skills and team working abilities - Ability in time-limited activities, working under pressures and if necessary, overtime working - Deep knowledge in process designing methods - Deep knowledge in organizational structure theories - Expert in quality management system ISO 9001 - good knowledge in process modelling and related standards such as BPMN2 - Familiar with framework such as APQC, ITIL, … - Familiar with network and IT infrastructure is advantage
