Requirements
Education:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or relevant fields.
Experiences:
● At least 5 years of work experience in related fields.
● Experience in Business Process Management, especially in Project-based organization processes and Holding company processes.
Knowledge and skills:
● Good knowledge of Process management and systems engineering.
● Familiarity with business process management tools and techniques (BPMN, BPMS and etc.).
● Familiarity with ERP concepts and integrated systems.
● Familiarity with business process frameworks like APQC.
● Agility, innovation, and creativity.
● Ability to do multiple tasks.
● Effective communications (Writing and speaking).
● Problem sensitivity and problem-solving.
● Originality and creative thinking.
● Critical thinking.
● Decision making.
● Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
● Optional (Advantage): Software programming, Business Intelligence, and Database knowledge.
