Job Description
● Assure compliance with the documented quality system and promote consistency throughout the organization.
● Conduct investigations to determine causes of defects, make recommendations for corrective action.
● Monitor and revise documentation as required.
● Analyze, monitor, and ensure that the organization's processes comply with international standards.
● Review and analyze suggested changes on new features and functionalities.
● Prepare business analysis and managerial report.
● Manage organization document system; i.e. designing and implementing required documents (procedures, instructions, forms, etc.)
● Assess process effectiveness within the organization.
● Conduct and perform internal audits.
