General Knowledge - Ability to breakdown strategies to operational goals and programs - Understanding the principles and concepts of team building, targeting and understanding team goals Specialized Knowledge - Mastery of ISO 9001:2015, comprehensive management system - Fluent in ISO 17025 standards and auditing it, writing quality statutes, ISO10002 series standards, 1004, 31000, risk identification techniques - Full mastery of all single and organizational methods and guidelines - Mastering data collection methods, processing tools using statistical techniques, analysis methods - Mastery of seven statistical tools including pareto, histogram, trend, regression, etc. - Mastery of methods of defining actions resulted from analysis, effective implementation control of actions in units and organizations - Fluent in the basics of systems, process perspective, systematic relationships, complications, gap analysis, improvement planning, process input and output recognition and their indexing - Understanding process architecture, logical design of processes, physical design of process - Mastering the implementation and application of the executive mechanisms of organizational processes - Familiar with audit methods, corrective action implementation and effectiveness assessment, implementation control, management revisions, analysis committees - Full understanding of business and its market, all organizational processes - Strategic planning including process, mission statement and vision, identifying strategic issues and formulating strategies - Complete understanding of strategies and helping to understand strategies through training and operational planning - Recognition of system mechanization tools (ERP, related software units)
