Job Description

● Design, model, monitor, implement and improve business processes. ● System design and analysis, including assessing, evaluating, and upgrading instructions. ● Collaborate on the diagnosis and improvement of existing organization processes ● Identify and monitor process indicators. ● Interpret and implement quality assurance standards e.g., ISO, etc. ● Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. ● Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. ● Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management. ● At least 4 years of proven work experience in the field of designing and analyzing system processes and methods. ● Proficiency in designing and analyzing system processes and methods. ● Good Knowledge of strategic planning. ● Skillful in negotiating with others in order to transfer information. ● Ability to use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and MSP). ● Strong documentation skills. ● Fluent in BPM. ● Good understanding of Quality Management Standards (ISO) and organizational excellence. ● Good understanding of EFQM Models.
