- Implementation of quality management system - Analyze and document processes - Design and update the organizational structure - Implementation of standards of EFQM - Form design, instructions and other process requirements - Supervision and follow up on the implementation of the project control method - Assistance with supplier evaluation - Planning and performing periodic audits of the quality system and following corrective and preventive actions. - Supervision of compliance and good implementation of company internal rules and regulations
