- +3 years of experience - Oracle PL/SQL Development - Experience using the PLSQL Developer - Experience in the design and development - Experience performing SQL and PL/SQL tuning - Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills - Professional English communication skills (Optional): - Telecommunication knowledge - GSM concept and eTOM framework - Knowledge of Design Patterns Concepts - Experience with version control systems like Git - Oracle Apex - Oracle Form
