Job Description
- Responsible for the performance of the engineering and execution of the pipeline and other surface facilities related items for a green oil filed in south of Iran. - Responsible to get the FEED, Conceptual Design and Detailed engineering study done. - Review scope of work for services related to surface facility. - Review scope of supply for different material related to surface facility. - Review Technical Evaluation of bid. - Review P&ID, Equipment layout and Isometric drawing for GGS. - Preparation of plan for pipeline Network. - Responsible for preparation of Budget for surface facility. - Responsible for the integration of all engineering related studies to form the integration between EIA, Value engineering, HAZOP, HAZID. Running EPC tender, Manage EPC contract. - Functional leadership and technical assurance accountability. - Representation surface engineering team. - Shall work to develop, improve and maintain key processes, procedures and tool development aimed at improving the overall quality of our deliverables across the Early Phase/ Development phase. - Interface with subsurface, production and surface facilities engineering department to develop, improve, maintain and optimize integrated Surface facilities systems solutions. - Accountable for securing and reporting KPI delivery for the surface facilities team. - A strong commercial competence (Cost, Schedule, Resource, Risk) shall be required for this key role. Requirements
Education: - Master of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Experience: - More than 7 years of experience onshore oil and gas production operations engineering support role for surface facilities. Knowledge & Skills: - Ability to take ownership and responsibility for successful completion of the projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to keep project stakeholders informed. - Prior experience of, and desire to work within, a multidisciplinary environment. - Project Management experience from identification of problem to implementation of approved solution. - Process Safety experience. - Experience with surface facilities related software. - Dominance on API Codes and Standards. - Dominance on Oil and gas upstream facility industry. - Ability to travel and work in the field up to 25% in order to effectively communicate with key customers and stakeholders.
