Job Description

- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence - Provide general administrative support - Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports - Maintaining schedules and calendars - Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents - Handle incoming emails as well as other issues and report to relevant person - Handling guests, customers and clients - Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, and packages)

Requirements

- Being able to handle multiple work items at same time - Being precise and has good memory - Gender Preference: Female - Good telephone manners - Well-dressed - Good Knowledge of English - Being patient, on time and honest!
