Job Description

● Define inventory strategy and facilitate capacity allocation on sub-category/ item level based on key determinants, including seasonal sales patterns, supply reliability, MOQ, and warehouse capacity. ● Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and operational teams to understand opportunities/ constraints and adjust plans to ensure consistent replenishment and maintain healthy inventory levels. ● Monitor inventory level and prepare relevant reports on the root causes, proactively escalate supply gaps and excess/ obsolete inventory to Supply and Demand Manager, and drive timely actions to minimize negative impacts. ● Ensure timely and accurate entry of POs and propose solutions to reduce errors.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant fields. ● Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain or Sales Planning functions ideally with experience in inventory management (Exposure to the FMCG industry would be beneficial). ● Proven analytical and quantitative skills and strong decision-making capabilities. ● Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus. ● Team player with excellent communication skills with multiple functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ● Experience in team leadership would be favorable.
