Job Description

•Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. •Develop warehouse and logistics operations systems by determining goods handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, distribution, and shipping. •Train and manage warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. •Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics processes. •Review, and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met. •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and cooperate in the implementation of quality systems in compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP). (preference) •Identify and implement relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to warehouse processes and operations to continually improve performance. (preference) •Lead the internal initiative to implement and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, implementing ERP software, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as appropriate. •Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions for the process. •Consider model changes in terms of strategic Factories and localization. •Provide the demand forecast.
