
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain and logistics strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. • Plan and implement the overall supply chain and logistics strategy • Collaborate with cafe, kitchen and HR and Finance teams • Determine key supply chain KPIs • Suggest solutions for process improvements • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner • Train and evaluate the Supply Chain team • Source best vendors, build and maintain good relationships with vendors • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand • Manage the logistics operation (transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods)
Requirements
• Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager • Hands on experience with supply chain management software • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • University degree in relevant field preferably in business or Finance • Team management experience • Analytical skills
