Job Description

- To lead operations of different Region warehouses operations, in bounds, picking and shipments with increasing efficiency and standardization through work processes, people and system - Lead and improve KPI’s of operations mainly through warehouses operations effectiveness, transportation costs, optimal routing, order to delivery cycle motion analysis - Lead and manage performance and personal development of the region warehouses and Logistics executives - Streamline and optimize, decide opening and closure of the warehouses, cross dock warehouses and satellite warehouses in line with the company strategies - Lead the warehouses and stores inventories, order replenishment and improve order to sales cycles - Improve and optimize, sales demand driven order, inventory and shipment cycle times - Lead Supply Chain IT systems and processes implementation. (WM, SNP, …) - Reported to General Manager

Requirements

- To have at least 15 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in - FMCG and preferably Retail Companies - Good in Lean and 6 Sigma Management, and Operational Excellence Tools - To have broad experience in Domestics Fleet Management, warehouse operations - Fluent in English
