Job Description

-Leading and facilitating process improvement within Supply Chain. -Developing and managing inventory planning and warehouse parameters, such that the component and finished goods availability levels are in line with monthly expectations. -Working with the Master Schedulers/Production Control Analysts to plan/coordinate the monthly inventory planning parameter - Reviewing the supply chain processes to establish appropriate customer service driven safety stock levels for components and finished goods -Tracking and managing the effectiveness of the planning parameters to rationally adjust safety stock levels and to continuously improve the overall planning parameter process -Tracking, analyzing, and reporting related KPIs, as well as, suggesting and implementing plant-specific improvement activities - Identifying, managing, and driving projects which will bring financial benefits to the organization - Identifying key capabilities and digital solutions to enhance existing operations

Requirements

- Minimum BS. In Industrial Engineering /MBA or any related field - At least 3-5 years of practical experience preferably in the FMCG industry - Working knowledge of operations /supply chain / commercial principles and practices gained within an operating company - High level of leadership attributes - Ready to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment - English Fluency - Advanced Microsoft Office Skills - Karaj /Qazvin resident or ready to move to Karaj
