Job Description
-Site security (security guard shift planning, daily reports, and all related tasks)
-Site EHS topic including, firefighting system check and control, ensuring safe material handling at warehouse
-Maintain site running parts at best working condition, including calibration, routine inspection and required preventive maintenance
-Contact person with industrial zone head office for routine meeting and administrative affairs.
-Monitoring receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations of materials (Stock Controlling, Safety transfer)
-Coordination of jobs done by site staff related to some activities for finance (insurance and tax offices)
-Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
-Monitor service provider's activities to assess performance and arrange feedback meetings with them
