Job Description

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES - Observing sales and inventory and checking orders and importation forecasts - Preparation of table of placing orders - Interaction with supplier company for placing orders and importation - Requesting proforma or invoice from suppliers and communicating with them for further arrangements and requirements - Requesting supplier to send shipping documents (including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis and bill of lading) and providing the Ministry of Commerce with the required documents to obtain the necessary permits - Sending proforma to Food and Drug Administration - Controlling shipping documents after declaration - Giving Green Light to supplier - Coordinating with suppliers and determining the date of shipment of goods, and giving the confirmation of shipment to the supplier companies - Coordinating with the customs officials and clearance expert for customs clearance of imported cargo - Coordinating with the Scratch Label company to stick the Scratch Label on the imported cargo - Following up the registration of invoices in Scratch Label company and obtaining and checking the accuracy of invoices to submit the xml file - Following up the obtaining of licenses from Food and Drug Administration with regulatory department - Receiving the original documents and delivering them to the customs and clearance expert and the regulatory department - Coordinating the clearance issues and calculating the clearance costs - Carrying out tasks related to cargo insurance - Declaring cargo in the comprehensive trade system and obtaining a tracking code - Checking liabilities and observing the fulfillment of liabilities in customs and banks - Sending documents to banks - Updating forecast of supply commitments in TTAC - Performing all activities related to internal orders - Preparation of business tables requested by Food and Drug Administration, such as recall tables and tenders - Performing all activities related to issue and updating company business card

Requirements

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS - University degree in commercial, trading or related fields - At least two years of experience in commercial or supply chain dep. of pharmaceutical companies - Familiar with the importation, commercial and customs processes - Familiar with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Health & Ministry of commerce - Sense of human relations, Capability to work in a team, Independence and initiative, Task orientation, Technical knowledge, Hardworking, and Integrity - Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus - Self-motivated individual with effective organizational skills - Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines - Computer knowledge – a good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook software - Possess exceptional analytical reasoning skills to think problems thoroughly and generate solutions - Having strong communication and negotiation skills - Time and stress management skills - Good command of English language (Speaking & Writing) - Reliable, trustworthy, and good tempered
