Job Description

Supply Chain and Logistics Manager * SPOT is the market leader in shop fitting and warehouse and distribution fixtures and fittings in Iran. Our products include shelves, trolleys, checkout counters, refrigerators, and freezers for supermarkets, hypermarkets, warehouses, and distribution operations. Supply Chain and Logistics Manager at SPOT has 2 major roles. The first role is integrating demand and supply (including manufacturing and supplier network). Second, he/she designs and continuously improves the supply chain systems and practices across the company based on S&OP standards. For our discrete manufacturing production line to work highly efficiently and smoothly, strong coordination and optimum inventory management are needed to be executed by the supply chain and logistics team. Key responsibilities: ● Design and implement an end-to-end supply chain management system based on S&OP standards and best practices. ● Plan mid-term (6-month) supply chain roadmap based on feedback from CEO and other executives including new product launches, geographical market expansion, production line expansions. ● Create monthly master production schedule based on demand forecast and supply capacity in cooperation with sales, product, production, and procurement executives. ● Design and implement KPIs for supply chain performance evaluation (production efficiency, ordering, customer service, etc.). ● Manage daily meetings with operations teams to make sure progress follows a schedule and propose and execute corrective actions to prevent extensive queues and deviations. ● Monitor production capacity and supplier network status regularly and propose and execute improvement opportunities. ● Implement JIT for FG, reduce WIP to optimum levels and optimize ordering practices across all inventory items. ● Manage inbound and outbound logistics and SLAs.

Requirements

● 4 to 10 years relevant experience with last 3 years in supply chain management. ● Minimum 2 years of managerial experience. ● Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from top universities; Master's degree in IE or SCM is preferred. ● Full proficiency in supply chain management practices in manufacturing (MRP, inventory management, ordering, demand forecasting, scheduling, etc.). ● Knowledge of supply chain optimization tools and techniques. ● Knowledge of management accounting. ● Knowledge of End-to-End supply chain management and S&OP is preferred. ● Knowledge of strategic management and system thinking is preferred. ● Practical knowledge of English. ● Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. ● Some experience using integrated systems (ERP, SCM). ● Strong problem solving, analytical abilities. ● Strong interpersonal skills. ● Eager to learn. ● Easy to work under pressure and tight deadlines. ● Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
