Job Description

Mission: • Responsible for identifying qualifications of new suppliers, contract management, performance management, monitoring, development and relationship management of company’s suppliers. • Manage provision of different reports of suppliers’ delivery and performance. Task Complexity: • To conduct initial validation of key supplier measures including their history, performance in company, capabilities and also provide feedback to management for decision making. • To manage and maintain contract management process including contract management life-cycle, relationship governance model and services / specification definition. • To manage implementation of supplier’s performance management, establishing related measures, agreeing with suppliers and wider business before implementation, setting and agreeing on processes for performance improvement / escalation of suppliers. • To conduct regular and frequent review of actual performance of suppliers versus target measures, captured via scorecard. • To manage and monitor delivery time and calculate the applicable penalty based on supplier performance and delivery considering company’s strategy for each supplier. • To manage enterprise and competitive suppliers development, managing suppliers improvement plan and implementing agreed improvement plan, align with sourcing strategy for interest of company objectives. • To manage overall procurement control processes to ensure continuing supply of goods and services in accordance with agreement. • To implement supplier relationship management considering company benefits, also implement supplier segmentation agreed with wider business, define required supplier management objectives dependent upon category, spend, criticality and escalate issues to the management. • To manage supplier category development, updating related data bases and maintain it based on performance improvement. • To update procurement agreements based on new conditions and MTN Group policies, procedures and practices. • To manage PO (Purchase Orders) process, controlling open POs and providing reports on them for the management. • To manage provisioning of various reports and analytics on the performance and status of procurement suppliers • To participate in related audits and promote the supply planning & performance achievement in respect to the audit.

Requirements

Knowledge: • Strong knowledge of procurement/tender and Contracts Management • Knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) • Knowledge of Performance through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Project management • Basic knowledge of GSM and Broadband environment Skills: • Negotiation skills • Facilitation skills • Analytical abilities • Ability to function under pressure. • Communication skills • Problem solving • People management
