Job Description

Conduct supplier management activities, including the development of strong performance relationships and two-way communication channels in order to keep the supply base capable of meeting the customers’ requirements. Build & maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders Develop social media strategies and set performance targets to enhance engagement Design host journey and HRM process to keep the suppliers in touch with the business Plan host promotion campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Department Deliver periodic reports and assess the host behavior based KPIs Develop and implement a training and support plan to improve host behavior based on business targets

Requirements

-Education: BSc. or MSc. in engineering, CS or MBA SKILLS: -Experience in supply management, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience -Plan, schedule, implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously -Task management and prioritizing the tasks Data management and analytics -Understanding social media marketing -Empathy, listening, and team working -Software: Microsoft Office, SQL (preferred) Language: English (intermediate)
