Job Description

● Creating various types of job ads and informing of job opportunities to internal and external applicants. ● Identifying competent human resources outside the organization and creating a working network with them in order to create cooperation opportunities. ● Reviewing and screening the received resumes based on the eligibility criteria. ● Conducting competency-based interviews. ● Assessing the level of satisfaction of applicants, managers, and employed people with the recruiting and hiring process. ● Coordinating and following up on related to the recruitment and hiring process with managers. ● Preparing various analytical reports in the field of recruitment. ● Analyzing exit interviews. ● Controlling the performance of subordinate personnel.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management (all majors), Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate (preferably majoring in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources). ● 4 years of work experience as a recruitment and talent development supervisor. ● Fluent in English.
