- Quality control of raw materials received according to defined standards Such as pistachios, raisins and .. - Ensure the quality of the finished product such as pistachios and raisins - Correct sampling of sorting, wrapping and packaging lines and performing quality control tests - Hygiene and sanitary control of production halls and packaging machines - Continuous and effective handling of customer complaints
Requirements
- At least 4 years of working experience in the food industry - Familiar with honey quality control standards - Familiar with nuts quality control standards - Familiar with pistachio quality control standards - Familiar with ISO 22000 / Fssc 22000 Food Safety and Health Management System and HACCP - Familiar with the principles of GMP - BS/MS Degree in food industry engineering - Working under pressure ability - Location : Azerbayjan East – Maraghe city
