Job Description

•Provide design direction and mentor our collaborative team and visual designers to deliver their best work. •Drive the vision and ensure the delivery of exceptional products and visual designs. •Solve complex problems creatively and collaboratively through a variety of media (television, video, digital, and social, print) •Build bridges between product and marketing design to build a powerful and consistent brand and visual identity. •Be the advocate of our users, because you understand that everything begins and ends with them. •Collaborate with product owners to create and maintain product road maps

Requirements

•Degree in Graphic Design. •5 years of experience designing and 3 years leading design teams. •Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills •Persistence and an ability to persuade others of the value of your ideas •Understanding of performance-based marketing strategies and tactics •Ability to push a brand forward with fresh, evolving, creative ideas •A desire to nurture talent in others. •Familiarity with new and traditional brand channels and mediums •Ability to work independently, and/or partner with copywriters and teams of designers •A positive attitude with an open mindset and desire to continually improve •Strong Package designing skills •A portfolio that demonstrates experience launching complex integrated campaigns
