Job Description

- Making calculations about loads and stresses - Selecting appropriate construction materials - Inspecting unsafe structures and making recommendations for demolition or repairs - Checking technical documents provided by contractors/consultants - Communication with client/contractors - Provide information and coordination with other disciplines - Preparing reports, designs and drawings (including civil, structural and architectural drawings) - Providing technical advice to aid project manager - Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval - Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors - Communicating with Persons outside Organization - Scheduling Work and Activities
