Job Description

- Design and analysis of the system, including processes and relationships between the system and related forms - Collaborate on the diagnose and improvement of existing organization processes and Analyze processes - Designing, developing and reviewing company organizational chart - Development & Implementation of Management Systems - Audit Procedures and self-assessment based on Excellence Models - Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) used for process performance management - Designing Procedures based on BPMN Standards by using BPMS software - Identify and managing of organizational risks - Track and collect project progress information - Monitor Project Activities - Preparation of management reports - Strategic planning - BSC Concepts - Performance evaluation methods - Budgeting concepts - KPI reporting and analysis. - Assessment and analysis of strategic or innovative projects to suggest the best project to improve each process. - provide reports on assessment of important trends in industry and capability of foresight seeing. - Implementing strategies across functional units. - Providing decision makers with suitable reports containing analyses and information from either the company or the market place so that they can best pick up the right strategies at the right time.

Requirements

- Male, under 32 years old - At least 2 years of relevant experience - M.Sc. industrial engineering (B.Sc. in engineering & state university graduates only) - At least upper intermediate English level - Excellent communication and team working - Professional in reporting and presenting - Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Familiar with EFQM - Strong problem solving and analytical thinking - Ability to meet deadlines, time management and manage competing priorities - Self motivated - Highly committed
