Job Description

Strategy BP help determines the targets of our organizations. Their work involves analyzing existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative strategies related to the goals they help establish. As part of their duties, they prepare documentation related to the targets. They also document plans to reach those targets. They provide direction and help motivate staff to work to implement new strategies and complete new projects. They are also responsible for reporting to management staff Work activities: ● Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals. ● Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance. [Executing tasks, duties, and responsibilities]: ● Research competition to identify threats and opportunities. ● Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance. ● Align processes, resources planning, and department goals with the overall strategy. ● Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers, and acquisitions). ● Educate senior executives in making effective decisions. ● Construct forecasts and analytical models. ● Provide substantive input in the design and implementation of the new environmental scanning system, which will help the organization strategically position itself internally and externally. [Controlling tasks, duties, and responsibilities]: ● Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes. ● Analyze information, reports, and documents to determine new trends which will impact the strategic interests of the organization. ● Monitor leading indicators/metrics to identify changes in the risk profile.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Management, or an MBA graduate. ● Excellent writing skills, and interpersonal and negotiation skills. ● Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. ● Understanding the challenges of ICPD in the changing environment and developing country experience would be a significant advantage. ● Fluency in English is required. ● Proven experience as a strategic planner or business consultant. ● Understanding of market research and data analysis. ● Knowledge of business operations and procedures. ● Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities. ● Organizational and leadership skills.
