Job Description

This role is based in Pouyesh Rayan Datis company in Etehad street in east of Tehran. Main Accountabilities: - Running 5S methodology and supervising its ongoing implementation. - Running ISO standards, planning and implementing corporation systems and methods. - Supervising and monitoring corrective systems/actions. - Designing and performing organizational systems and methods based on continues improvement plans. - Designing and performing high-quality document control systems. - Developing and updating strategic plans. - Verifying internal audit of organization units. - Developing “Business Intelligence” tool and reporting to "HR Director" on daily basis. - Playing a key role in achieving all company strategy and reassuring the top management team that the noted policies are translated into effective action plans. - Providing the right insights for all company teams and supporting operational and planning methodologies. - Driving forward the selected key strategic projects in order to execute the strategies. - Providing leadership and direction to the team, inspiring and instilling belief in the vision and values, enabling team members to achieve their full potential by demonstrating the leadership signature. - Defining new processes, capturing existing and re-engineering procedures. - Supporting delivery of change management by working closely with internal customers to identify, record and track requirements, including identifying and resolving any conflicts between them - Driving effective change management process which promotes cultural values, supports business objectives and ensures excellence through people focused policies and best practices. - Developing company’s journey of cultural transformation. - Providing a right first time, seamless, customer focused HR and ER service for all staff throughout the complete employee lifecycle.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. - Familiarity with the principles of scheduling. - Introduction to the procurement process and supply chain. - Successfully "Completed Bachelor or Master Degree", ideally in industrial engineering or management. - Change management experience including in organizational design. - Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to convince and negotiate. - Experience of designing and delivering a clear, progressive HR and ER solution. - Track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard. - Excellent problem solver. - Pro-active, self-motivated with a can-do attitude. - Ideal Age Range: 27 - 47
