-Preparing and setting up an organizational instruction -Strategic Planning Concepts and Operational Programs for department, division, project, or organization -Designing, Modeling, Process audit and monitor of implementation -Industry and market analysis in line with business development -Risk management related activities -Process Modeling and Analysis -Establishment and maintenance of standards and organizational excellence -Development of organizational structure -Carrying out affairs related to knowledge management -IT Systems Management -Management of infrastructure ICT -Provide ICT services and user support
Requirements
-B.S. / M.A. in Industrial Engineering or MBA -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience -Full time attending -Dominance in strategic planning, management, foundations of systems and methods -Good knowledge in strategic tools and techniques -Deep knowledge in organizational structure theories -Familiar with system analysis basics -Appropriate communication and discussion skills and team working abilities
