Job Description

● Finding complications, and reviewing the company's work processes periodically and continuously. ● Identifying new organizational systems and methods related to the company's activities and following up their implementation in the group. ● Identifying and applying organizational approaches and quality management, including EFQM. ● Preparing and compiling by-laws, section letters, and required instructions in cooperation with other organizational units. ● Following up and coordinating matters related to obtaining quality management certificates (ISO) and monitoring the implementation and elimination of defects in the ISO system. ● Monitoring and controlling organizational indicators and reporting on system performance to unit managers and CEO. ● Implementing UML models and diagrams with modeling.
