Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager, you will be joining one of the most active and highly motivated teamwork, responsible for developing marketing strategies as well as coordinating cross functional activities in support of financial targets for the portfolio. You will be an experienced Marketer with experience in Strategy and with marketing experience possessing the ability to analyze data and make recommendations Skills and experience: • Align cross functions to achieve Profit & Loss targets • Understand where the market is going for future technologies • Identify, assess and enable new business opportunities and present to senior leadership in conjunction with Business Development • Obtain and keep current industry insights • Define Competitive Intelligence Strategy and interpreted implications to the business • Provide Strategic Direction to develop strategic plan and recommendations to Market Leadership • Product portfolio management • Develop pricing strategy recommendation • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) pipeline • Prioritization and recommendations of new product opportunities • Portfolio strategy • Champion NPI projects and new product introduction • Coordination of S&OP plans • Create a Mergers and Acquisitions • Effective Communication and Organizational Alignment • Developing a content strategy • Planning and coordinating content • Monitoring and controlling content • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate • Plan and execute all SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website • Developing digital marketing campaigns • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC • Design, build and maintain our social media presence • Co-managing redesign of select pages/sections on the company website • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution • Minimum eight (8) years combined experience in a marketing, business and/or technical position in a private, public, government or military environment • Master's degree in Business Administration • Experience leading a Cross-Functional team • Experience in Industry and Startup • Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization • Experience in business management, product or category marketing, new product development and marketing, project management, finance, manufacturing or technical experience • Leadership/Business
