Job Description

Analysis of the business model of subsidiary holding companies. Determine and design a style of interaction with affiliated companies Holding. Identify trends and strategic issues related to environmental developments of Holding subsidiaries. Develop / update strategy for Holding subsidiaries. Identify the co-opportunity opportunities between holding companies. Establishing a strategy to implement the strategy through the formulation of a strategy map, measures, quantitative targets, innovative measures and budget in Holding subsidiaries. Monitoring, analyzing and reporting periodically the performance of Holding subsidiaries.

Requirements

Education: Industrial Engineering / Management / MBA Work experience: 3 years at a similar job position Gender:Man Military Service Must Be Done Software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Tableau Mastery of strategy management models Mastering Holding Management Models Mastery of Performance Management Models (Design, Implementation, Analysis and Evaluation) Mastering the principles, techniques and tools for data analysis and causal analysis Introduction to Risk Management. Dominate the principles of value chain management Mastering the preparation and presentation of management reports Familiarity with program and budget concepts Familiarity with the rules of commerce The ability to effectively interact with different stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
