Job Description

• Manage and coordinate all matters related to setting up the store, from start to finish. • Work with internal partners for design, project approvals, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating, and implementation, as well as external partners to coordinate project scope and details for new store development, renovations, and relocations. • Manage store work through all phases, from feasibility study of projects till the hand over to the store operation team. • Work closely with different department, to meet company requirements and opening target. • Manage bid process of general contractors, including assembly of bid documents, management of the bid period, analysis of bids, approval process, bid award, and issuance of contracts.
