Job Description
We are a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Stock Specialist who is responsible for: ● Prepare monthly financial statements and performance reports Prepare monthly financial statements and performance reports. ● Prepare monthly cash budget by sales channels and compare it with the company's monthly performance. ● Prepare cash budget forecast. ● Establishment of shareholders' bank and accurate registration of their information in order to control the status of shares and make payments. ● Do financial and accounting related to the payment of shareholders' dividends, capital increase, etc. ● find discrepancies between the stock system and the balance sheet in order to match stock account balances.
Requirements
● Able to proper and timely preparation of management and budget reports. ● Sufficient information from the stock market (Sajam, Stan, and Kadal). ● Ability to communicate in writing and orally. ● Ability to analyze financial data. ● Mastery of budget preparation methods. ● Familiar with the stock management software system of the listed company. ● Familiar with Sajam, Stan, and Kadal systems in loading information.
