Job Description

We are looking for a public relations specialist with in-depth knowledge and experience in stock market journalism. Someone who also understands influential social media platforms and individuals. The role here consists of establishing fruitful relations with the media, providing the press with the relevant news feed and data, communicating with the finance and stock market teams, and staying tuned with Cafe Bazaar PR strategy. Multimedia and social media skills play a huge part in presenting various forms of online content for both stakeholders and the media people. Responsibilities: - Coordinating with the investor relations team. - Updating news and content in the Investors website. - Monitoring stock-related news on social networks and multimedia, providing responses in accordance with the investor and the public relations unit policies. - Arranging interviews with individuals inside the company and getting it published on the related media outlets. - Keeping the press updated about the capital market events, news conferences, etc. - Writing, editing and sending reports about the capital market, news and information to the press. - Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and forms (i.e. video, text, infographics). - Reporting important capital market news and events to the investor relations and public relations team and planning their media presence. - Developing a content publishing calendar and a content-sharing schedule. - Analyzing feedback on the published content to improve content production. - Researching to find new approaches to expand content and new information tools and knowledge. - Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. - Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.

Requirements

- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of influential stock exchange media outlets and social media platforms, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. - Possesses knowledge and experience in stock market journalism. - Possesses a great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues. - Excellent writing skills: to write news pieces, press releases, and blog posts. - Excellent Verbal skills: The ability to convey information effectively to the public, media, and members of your organization - Ability to get along well with others. You must be persuasive and able to negotiate. As a PR specialist, you will have to coordinate your actions with the actions of others, including your colleagues. - Strong understanding of social media. It means you should be knowledgeable about how to use social media to manage our brand voice, that you understand the fundamental differences between individual social media platforms, and that you know how to use those platforms as tools for communicating with the public. - Multimedia skills which play a huge part in presenting online content. As a Public Relations Specialist, you should be familiar with where and how to make multimedia content. So having a basic knowledge of Photoshop and SEO (search engine optimization) will be of advantage as a potential hire. - Creativity: you are called upon to be creative all the time. Whether by writing, coming up with a new approach to an old idea, or finding a way to attract the stockholders, journalists and the public, you are constantly required to be creative. If you can think outside the box and come up with ideas that others haven’t, you’ll be better able to grab the key to success in this position.
