Job Description

● To negotiate with various sales teams throughout the project’s life cycle to ensure both efficiency and effectiveness. ● To collaborate with a special sales project manager in controlling challenges, developing solutions, and leading various sales teams to accomplish sales projects effectively. ● To coordinate special sales projects across regions and lead departmental negotiations to ensure projects are implemented within scopes, budgets, and deadlines. ● To ensure special sales projects are successfully implemented according to the project plan. ● To analyze special sales projects to ensure alignment and sales effectiveness against defined targets ● To investigate and follow up on special sales projects across sales channels to suggest required adjustments. ● To review workflow and requirements for continuous improvement of special sales projects. ● To provide regular reports on projects handled by sales points per week or month, location to ensure progress is on track.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing or Communications), Industrial Management, or a related field. ● MBA will be an advantage. ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Advanced in Sales Reporting, Sales Analytics, Project Management, and Meeting Management.
