Job Description

•Main Objective: As Spare Parts and Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for managing spare parts warehouses for entire sites including management of stock, ensuring conformity of incoming items, plan and schedule maintenance for all Non production equipment on site. •Main Responsibilities: -SAP MM indirect spend – super user -Populating and maintaining spare part database in SAP MM -Planning and scheduling of planned maintenance -Spare part purchasing and flow (together with procurement) -Maintaining spare part data in SAP -Ensuring Quality/Compliance of spare parts -Performing change control when spare part item changes -Writing SOPs -Supervising specialist Technicians

Requirements

-Have Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical engineering Degree within or similar field -At least 3 years of industrial experience in Spare Part Management and relevant software like SAP MM -Good understanding on PM planning and maintaining production equipment in a GMP environment (pharma, food or cosmetics) -Need an open mindset who can work independently and as a team player with a strong focus on results -Good communication skills with the ability to establish good relationship with local and global team -Fluent in English, both written and oral -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 50
