Job Description

• Configuring and implementing of ERP System in user companies. • Providing comprehensive software training to all user groups as needed. • Analyzing both system and user requirements and needs. • Acting as a subject matter expert to provide troubleshooting services to end-users. • Responding to customer inquiries received via email or phone. • Supporting everyday business and productivity software. • Documenting user issues and resolution process and procedures. • Recommending changes or updating in programming, documentation, and training to address systems deficiencies and user • Ensuring that System is meeting business requirements and goals, fulfilling end-user requirements, and identifying and resolving systems issues. • Reviewing and analyzing existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems. • Provide technical leadership to managers working on project teams. • Compile and maintain an inventory of company software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements. • Develop and communicate training and documentation for end-users.

Requirements

• A minimum 2 years of experience in implementing ERP Software. • Experience with T-SQL in developing SQL Server Modules is an advantage. • Experience in providing direct support to external customers by phone, electronically, and face-to-face. • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with employees and customers. • Adaptability, initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
