Job Description

-Managing Customer Service & Support -Teach & Training to Customers -Daily office work -Regular contact with existing customers to help & support -Supporting Sales and Technical team -Daily communication with our head office and other overseas offices -Preparing & managing Trainings -Travel to other Cities/Countries for Support -Weekly Report to Area Manager

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or Computer Software Engineer. -Proficiency in Windows, MS Office applications, -Experience in AutoCAD, Revit is preferable -Fluent in English is mandatory -Strong communication skills and team working ability -Ability to collaborate for achievements -Ability to learn quickly -Ability to Teach and Train Customers. -Flexibility in working hours -Care about his appearance -Patient - Polite - Disciplined - Trustful - Fast Acting - Positive Thinker
