Job Description

- Customer support and guidance using chat or phone - Application configuration - System and flows testing - Bug report and troubleshooting - Issue tracking and troubleshooting problems - Preparing requested reports - Process and workflow design and implementation - Constant contact with the customer and the development team - Support On-call after working hours by shift management timetable

Requirements

- Strong documentation skills - Strong communication skills - Teamwork in an agile environment - On-call support on holidays and after working hours - Writing SQL queries is a bonus - Knowing process designing and workflows is a bonus - Having network knowledge is a bonus
