Job Description
Support help desk to assist users with resolving software issues and questions Manually test applications to ensure functionality, quality and performance Review user feedback, use cases and functional requirements Validate and document reported software bugs Track user requests for features and changes Track bug reports and follow-up with development team Provide metrics reporting to support the software development initiatives
Requirements
MS Degree in Computer Engineering, IT engineering, or equivalent 2 years of related experience Familiar with T-SQL and Fanavaran software Ability to support application users by phone and email Strong application troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong critical and creative thinking skills Patient with software users at all technical skill levels Very Dynamic Team Player
