Job Description

- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology - Ability to communicate effectively with current and potential clients by answering product questions, provide software support in a timely and courteous manner. - Answer user inquiries regarding computer software operation to resolve problems - Train users in the proper use of software - Monitor computer system performance to ensure proper operations - Resolve computer software problems - Design and implement maintenance plan *Notice: Job location is near Imam Khomeini Airport. Comfortable car service is provided*

Requirements

- Both men and women between 23-30 - Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering - At least 1+ year of experience - Advanced English knowledge - Strong analytical, excellent problem solving and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skill - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
