Job Description

- Manage and support internal software services - Answer user inquiries regarding computer software operation to resolve problems - Train users in the proper use of software - Monitor computer system performance to ensure proper operations - Resolve computer software problems - Perform backup and restore plan. - Design and implement maintenance plan. - Team work and knowledge transfer to his/her colleagues. - Design and Implement required reports

Requirements

- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or related fields. - At least 2+ years of experience with SQL Server Databases - Proficient in writing complex T-SQL Stored Procedures and Functions - Good communication skill - Troubleshooting skill set - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Have excellent leadership and management skills - Have excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
