Job Description

● Provide technical support to solve software problems for users. ● Track software problems and follow up to fix them. ● Respond to incoming calls from organizational units and provide support and training services to users. ● Provide periodical reports.

Requirements

● Ability to train users. ● Capacity to clearly explain a technical problem to end-users and colleagues. ● Interested in learning. ● Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is plus. ● High public relations. ● Ability to interact with others and have a good attitude. ● Ability to analyze and solve problems.
